Dr. Joy Void-Holmes has spent 29 years in dentistry, starting at the front desk at age 16 and becoming a registered dental hygienist in 1997. She went on to earn her Doctor of Health Science (DHSc) and later served as a hygiene program chair, shaping the next generation of dental professionals in academia. She is also the co-founder of JELL-ED and the creator of the P3 Hygiene Growth System™, a framework built to solve a problem she saw across the industry.
